About the Project
The starting point for this house was nothing short of spooky. But with a little love and a lot of overhaul, we were able to make the most of this little footprint!
What We Did
This remodel included replacing everything below the roof and above the slab. With a built in murphy bed, efficiency sized appliances, and a little 5'x6' bathroom this project emphasized minimalist design and creativity. Handmade tiles were used for the backsplash and the shower walls to really bring character into the few spaces that we could. An emphasis was placed on light and neutral colors to make the space feel larger. However, for the bathroom, we brough a little moodiness tosplit up the space a little and bring in a little more character.
